Tourettes of the moment

As a little bit of a back story, I have a condition which while I don't think is diagnosable is still a serious health condition. I randomly get snippets of songs stuck in my head for days to weeks at a time. Now I know you're thinking that I might be a little dramatic here, but it's a serious condition. People (read wife) around usually become irritated and want to beat you up. It's not pretty sight.

Any way, right now stuck in my head is a song called "Let it die" by the Foo Fighters. I can not seem to shake it. It is up to about 100 times played on my ipod. There is a part in the song about 2:30 in where it goes from a little softer to harder and there is kind of like a dueling guitar effect. I can't seem to get past that ... I love it.
