My war with Dell
Really this started off innocent enough. I bought a camera they canceled it.
I was miffed so I sent emails expecting those to make me feel better and then I would drop it. Not so much, Dell is seriously egging me on and I can't seem to give it up. I sent emails to the people I talked to on the phone and their supervisors, they forwarded me up to the next level of customer service. I called the new customer service people today and got a completely different excuse and so now I'm even more motivated. The first they said it was a "defective product", second they said it was a "pricing mistake", now they were just "out of stock" ... I almost want to keep this going to see what the next excuse is going to be. I'm not really sure what it will be, it might be "rising oil prices" or "my dog ate it". I really don't know.

So I just called Dell sales for fun to see what they would say if I tried to order a new one and they told me they had it in stock. So now I'm super extra miffed.
